Meet Fatin Baz,
Your Movement Catalyst.

Born and raised in Saudi Arabia, Fatin began her career in strategy in 2007, working across leading multinational agencies including Ogilvy Jeddah, JWT, MullenLowe Group MENA, and Webedia Arabia.

Alongside her strategy career, she led wellness initiatives within organizations, helping teams adopt healthier ways of working and improve work-life balance. Known as a movement catalyst in the workplace, she built a culture of movement across offices in KSA, UAE, Lebanon, and Egypt: weekly stretching sessions, step challenges, mobility corners, and walking meetings.

She later brought this philosophy to life by founding Fit by Fatin, with a clear purpose: to transform workplaces so they work better for people's health, physically, mentally, and culturally. Her work drives cultural transformation from the inside out by activating the movement of bodies, minds, and hearts.

Fit by Fatin exists because workplaces don't have to be where health goes to die. They can be where it thrives.
